Aspire Corporate Consultants (“Aspire”) was established in 2007 by Perth based director Martin Stein. In the time since then, Aspire has provided financial management, business advisory, corporate secretarial and corporate governance services to a range of public companies listed on various stock exchanges globally, private companies and unlisted public companies.
Aspire has assisted companies with various corporate transactions including Initial Public Offerings and listing on the ASX, mergers and acquisitions, and capital raisings.
Aspire provides services to industries including, but not limited to, mining and exploration, oil and gas, mining services, manufacturing, retail and investment. Services are provided to clients operating in locations including Australia, North and South America, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Martin has held positions including Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for several listed and private companies, and consults in other capacities as required.
Martin commenced his career in the provision of audit and corporate services in Perth with HLB Mann Judd, before gaining experience in the London office of PricewaterhouseCoopers, working with companies listed on the London Stock Exchange, NYSE and AIM, including Colgate-Palmolive, Sony, Heinz, DHL Express and Bosch.
Martin then entered the mining industry in a commercial role, accepting a financial management position with an ASX and TSX listed copper producer with mining operations in Africa. This position provided Martin invaluable insight in to the operations of an existing producing copper mine and processing plant, as well as a substantial copper resource that was developed in to a successful producing mine.
After having accumulated 5 years of post-graduate experience, Martin established a corporate consulting business, and for the last 11 years has provided financial consulting, business analysis, management consulting and company secretarial services to a range of companies in various industries, specializing in mining and exploration, with operations in various locations including North and South America, Africa, Central Asia, Europe and Australia.
